Itineraries with a tutor

The itineraries are designed to work in depth a particular Competence (for example, from the performance evaluation) or, more fully, to prepare Highly Potential profiles in programs of role transition.

Intensive programs, from three months to two years, with a level of effort of two hours per week. With tutors who give individual feedback to the participants' exercises. Possibility of forums or teamwork.

When to use it?

  • To prepare future managers.

  • For the development of specific competences from the detection of a need for improvement, and usually linked to the Performance Evaluation.

  • When the company has made little training or has done so in a dispersed way, and wants to ensure that all managers have homogeneous training in a range of skills.
